Processing

Once an order has been made, and the purchases have been paid for through PayPal, it should take us 2-4 days for the verification process.

Verification Process

The verification process would consist of verifying with Paypal with the mode of payments and types of payments. An email from us will be sent you once the verification has been successful.

Shipment

Once verification has been completed, your order will be shipped out immediately. Your delivery should take 7-15 days for "Free Shipping" and 3-7 days depending on your selected method of shipping and your location. Once the shipment has been successfully sent, an email with the related details will be passed on to you. Shipment will not be made until verification is completed.

Delivery

Please do note that expected delivery time does not include additional time needed for the verification process. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for any shipping fees and any incurred charges of the packages (such as import tax) from your selected destination back to us at www.sotif.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made prior to purchases. If cancellations are made when the product has already been shipped, then your request would be considered to fall under the "Return" category and then the Return Policy applies.
